Ludovic VILLATTE, MScEng
Chairman & CEO
Ludovic is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale Paris (1991). He began his career as an engineer with ELF but after one year in Angola, he joined ITP as a project engineer for offshore field jointing pipelay activities in the North Sea. Throughout the years, Ludovic has had various responsibilities at FP and his commitment to our development is founded on sound overall technical principles, human skills and QHSE standards implementation. Capitalizing on the team's mindset, he constantly strives to renew the challenges.

Pierre OLLIER, MScEng
Deputy CEO
Pierre graduated from the ENSTA (Institut Polytechnique de Paris) in 2000 and joined ITP the same year as a project engineer to develop new technologies, in particular for the EHTF and the Cryogenic pipelines. Pierre has developed and managed a company spin-off dedicated to downhole applications for 10 years and in parallel, he has assisted the growth of another leading technology business in the energy industry. Today, he uses this experience to further develop ITP.


Alexandre BALLU
Corporate Secretary
Alexandre joined ITP in October 2008 as Corporate Secretary. He is in charge of ITP’s finances, legal affairs, insurance matters as well as selling, general and administrative expenses. Prior to joining ITP, Alexandre spent 6 years at PwC and Deloitte, specializing in Corporate Restructuring. In 2005 and 2006, Alexandre also held the position of CFO for an industrial company in the forged parts industry, located in the north of France.



Frederic MOUREU
Human Ressources Director
Frederic is our HR Manager and has a strong operational experience in complex international organizations. Passionate about multicultural challenges, he has worked and lived in different countries of Europe and the Middle East. He is also the proud father of two binational children.








Céline BABAULT
QHSE Director
Céline has a master’s degree in Project & Quality Management from the University of Law in Tours (France) and has the NEBOSH International General certification in Occupational Health and Safety. She is in charge of maintaining a high level of quality, safety and respect of the environment by implementing processes and supporting all people in their activities.
Céline joined the ITP team in 2015, after 8 years in the Oil & Gas sector, and 21 years in the Energy sector (Nuclear Power Station and Supraconductors).
Wayne GROBBELAAR, MScEng
Director, Sales and Marketing
With an extensive experience in engineering and sales in the mining and oil and gas industries, Wayne has been part of the ITP team since 2007. He has a strong technical foundation in numerical modeling, hydraulics and multiphase pipeline transport. Always traveling, Wayne has lived and worked in Africa, Europe and South America, thus bringing a multicultural awareness and appreciation to ITP’s global activities.




Vincent LEFEVRE
Production Site Manager
Vincent joined the ITP team in 2016. His previous experiences in the metallurgical industry have allowed him to build a strong knowledge in all industrial competencies pertaining to production—from production management to methods, continuous improvement and Lean 6 sigma projects, quality and supply chain. As our ITP plant manager in Normandy, Vincent supervises the management of ITP productions with his team and leads all the topics concerning ITP production equipment.


Stéphane JANTON
Engineering Director 
Stéphane JANTON joined ITP in 2022 as Engineering Director.
He graduated from INSA Lyon and Institut Français du Pétrole, and has more than 25 years’ experience in Project Management with an appreciation of overall development requirements as a Petroleum Architect . For many years, he led international developments for TOTAL Exploration Production. With JACOBS Engineering group, he managed project execution including detail design, procurement and construction.
Moussa BA
Supply Chain Manager
Moussa has a background in international trade and joined ITP in 2019 after spending 10 years abroad. He has held positions in sales, operations management and procurement, providing supply chain services to oil & gas companies. His multidisciplinary and diversified experience fits with ITP’s culture and helps him to better consider the logistics challenges no matter where we operate.




Christian GEERTSEN, PhD
Director, R&D
Christian has a background in material physics and the study of wave-matter interactions. He has been part of the ITP adventure since 1997 and has participated in most of ITP’s developments. Always on the lookout for new technologies, processes and ideas to control energy flows, he revels in challenges and is a strong believer in the cross-fertilization of concepts through discussions across industries, companies and organizations.



Géraldine SALQUE
Innovation Director
After a PhD in Fluid Mechanics and flow assurance positions in the Oil&Gas industry, Geraldine joined ITP in 2017 as a Product Manager. In charge of the qualification of the Electrically Heat-Traced Flowline (EHTF) in partnership with Subsea 7, she led the development of this technology up to its implementation on the first commercial projects. Enjoying dealing with new challenges, she is committed in delivering to our clients innovative and smart products adapted to their needs and the future challenges of our worl..
Emmanuel PEREZ, PhD
Test Facility Manager
After honing his experimental skills during his PhD years, Emmanuel joined our team in 2012 as an R&D engineer. Since then, he has expanded his horizons by developing the organizational side of tests, without ever really abandoning his lab coat.









Pierre WERTHEIMER
Projects & Operations Director
Pierre joined ITP in 2017 as the director of the CRISP project in Singapore—EPCI of the world’s hottest subsea pipe-in-pipe system delivered to date. He graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Nantes and is a trained mechanical and shipbuilding engineer. With him, he brings 25 years of experience in the oil & gas industry and has worked in the North Sea, Africa, Gulf of Mexico, Brazil and Asia occupying senior operational and project management positions, firstly in marine seismic acquisition services at CGG-Veritas and then in major subsea contractors including Stolt Offshore, Acergy and Subsea 7.
