Quality management is a continuous process and aims at reaching performance excellence. ITP has chosen to implement a quality management system on a project basis in order to comply with the stringent constraints of our clients that can be either Oil and Gas companies or EPC Contractors.
This management system has always allowed ITP to satisfy Clients in terms of delivery, quality and performance.
The relationship between the Company Management and the Project Management is based on a clear and mutual understanding of Mission, Policies and Objectives, mainly based on two levels, in order to assure a high performance of each activity:
▪ Corporate level: defining Policy and Organisation to be adopted
▪ Project level: defining Plans and Procedures.
