All ITP employees are responsible for implementing HSE measures correctly and our goals are simply stated as:
ITP will continue to reduce the impact of its operations through a better waste management, by using energy more efficiently and producing products that can be used safely by its customers. All ITP employees will be held accountable for accomplishing the HSE goals by demonstrating correct HSE behavior, clearly defining HSE roles and responsibilities, providing needed resources and by measuring and continuously improving ITP’s HSE performance. |

Quality management is a continuous process and aims at reaching performance excellence. ITP has chosen to implement a quality management system on a project basis in order to comply with the stringent constraints of our clients that can be either Oil and Gas companies or EPC Contractors. This management system has always allowed ITP to satisfy Clients in terms of delivery, quality and performance. The relationship between the Company Management and the Project Management is based on a clear and mutual understanding of Mission, Policies and Objectives, mainly based on two levels, in order to assure a high performance of each activity:
